I am so delighted with the cut and colour! Beverly is highly skilled at what she does and hugely helpful with her advice. My hair condition feels better after all the love and time she put into it. She also reads a client v well in terms of level of engagement. I read my book for the first hour in blissful silence. I couldn't recommend this place more. I will be back on my yearly visit to Tenerife. I only wish this was my regular!!! 🙏

High quality service for a decent price, the owner/hairdresser was such a lovely lady and very precise. As I usually don’t get barbers quality at a hair salon for women (as I have short hair), was very satisfied with the outcome. Definitely was one of my best experiences getting a haircut abroad.

My stay in Tenerife had been extended after a number of flight cancellations and the difference between my hair colour and root growth was altogether ‘too obvious for comfort’. I visited Bamboo to make enquiries about a cut and colour. Beverley insisted on a patch test even though the same products as my UK hairdresser uses were going to be applied - therein lies the professionalism of this salon! No cutting corners. With no adverse effects, I returned next day for my cut and colour and I have to say I’m delighted with the results. All the Covid regulations were observed re masks, distancing and sanitising and I felt entirely safe and secure. This was well worth the short bus journey to the salon. Beverley is easy to talk to and readily understood my requirements. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon and return again if the need arises in the future. Thank you very much Beverley at Bamboo from a very satisfied client.

Owner (and haidresser) was nice eventhough for me too much talkative. Haircut was somehow ok. Color at the end ok as well (not that much options). But other than that it was just a disaster. I am sorry for the lady but I want to share my honest opinion because it was probably most terrible visit of the hairdresser in my life. I always know that I am at the wrong place when I have to dry my face frequently because the water from color running down everywhere because the hair are completly wet. More than that here unfortunatelly. Lady told me to wait 20 minutes for color to wash away. I reminded her after 50 because I was scared about damage of my hair. Lady is pretty slow so everything took more time than normal so I finished something like 20 minutes (no idea it felt like neverending) with not entirely fresh armpit of this elder lady in my face. I have never experienced washing of your hair from position that person stands in front of you and push her armpit to your face. What an experience! I just wanted to escape from that place with wet hair. Could be ok for elder ladies who like to talk about kids etc.

Trabajo excelente (uñas semi-permanentes con masaje de mano) y trato muy amable de Julia. También se respeta las reglas higiénicas respecto al Covid. Volvería sin duda. Perfekte Arbeit (Nägel semi-permanent/Gellack) und sehr liebenswürdige Bedienung durch Julia und die englische Besitzerin. Zudem wurden die Hygienemassnahmen re Covid genauestens eingehalten. Gerne wieder. Excellent work (nails) and very kind staff. Hygiene measures (re Covid) always respected, very recommendable.
